Intake / 01

One hour, one teacher, one written starting point.

The first hour is a 60-minute movement assessment at 900 UAH. It runs one-to-one, and the whole fee is credited in full against your introductory program, so the assessment never sits outside the cost of training.

The studio does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Bring any guidance from your clinician and we will work inside it. You can also read how the hour is spent before you decide.

Section 02 / How the hour is spent

Sixty minutes, mapped before you arrive

The assessment is a one-to-one hour at 900 UAH, credited in full against your introductory program. Nothing is measured for its own sake. Every observation becomes a line in the one-page program you take home.

  1. 0 to 10 min

    Conversation first

Your current activity level, any pain history, and what you actually want from the studio. No forms to fill in beforehand. You talk, notes are taken.

  2. 10 to 25 min

    Range observation

Standing, seated and lying positions. We look at how far you move in each direction, where the movement stops early, and whether the left and right sides differ. Nothing is pushed to a limit.

  3. 25 to 35 min

    Balance and breathing

Single-leg standing with eyes open, then closed, with a chair back within reach if you want it. Then breathing: rib movement and how long your exhale runs. Beginners usually find the most here.

  4. 35 to 50 min

Technique demonstration and a short trial

Four exercises tried at the gentlest tier: breathing, standing warm-up, cat-cow, and hip hinge. Every exercise is demonstrated before it is attempted, and adjusted on the spot if the setup does not read clearly.

  5. 50 to 60 min

    The written one-page program

One page: your four starting exercises, the reps that fit today, and the modification to use when a session feels short. The rows match the tier table on the home page, so you always know which intensity you are working in.

This hour is movement coaching, not clinical work. The studio does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If your notes point toward pain that belongs with a clinician, we say so, write the referral line into your program, and stop there. Read where the studio scope ends.

Scope limits

What the studio does not do

Every hour you book with us is movement education. It is not a clinical service, and the boundary matters as much as the program.

  • No medical advice. We do not tell you what your symptoms mean or which care you should seek.
  • No diagnosis. The assessment looks at how you move, not at the cause of pain or injury.
  • No treatment. We do not treat, rehabilitate or manage any condition, and we do not comment on medication.

If you have pain, a recent injury, are pregnant, or are recovering from surgery, speak to a licensed clinician before your first session and tell your instructor what they advised. We will lower the intensity or stop the session whenever you ask.

Next step

Book the intake and take your hour home in writing.

The 60-minute movement assessment costs 900 UAH, and the full amount is credited against your introductory program. You leave with a single page: what was measured, which exercise to practise first, and the tier you should start at.
