Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of kelyrion.com and booking of an introductory assessment. Using the site or booking means you accept them.
1. Provider

2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ or have a parent's or guardian's consent, give accurate booking details and follow studio safety instructions.
3. Booking and cancellation
Bookings are confirmed by email. Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours ahead; later cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full. If we reschedule, you may take another time or a refund.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in UAH, taxes included, before payment, with no undisclosed fees, under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів».
5. Introductory assessment
One introductory session per new client, subject to availability and the conditions shown at booking.
6. Right of withdrawal
For distance contracts you may withdraw within 14 days without giving reasons, unless the service was fully performed with your prior consent — Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів», ст. 13.
7. No medical claims
Our sessions are not medical treatment and no health result is promised. We make no unsubstantiated health claims, per Закон України «Про рекламу».
8. Data and liability
We process personal data only with your explicit consent (Закон України «Про захист персональних даних»). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the session; your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
